Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order.
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 7-10 working days. Depending on where you are located, we ship with DPD (for most European destinations) of with FedEx (rest of the world). Shipping time takes between 1 and 3 working days. When shipping, you will be notified with a tracking code. You can check the status of your order either on the DPD or FedEx website.

At Belgian Tapestries, we want you to receive your purchase in the same condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be made, free of charge
Unless damaged, purchased goods cannot be returned.
All prices posted on the website are VAT exclusive. If you are a member of the European Community, you will be asked for your VAT number. You will not be cahrged any taxes. If you are not a member of the European Community, no VAT will be added either, but you may be charged import duties in the country of destination, depending on the value of your order. For example : if you are a USA company, you will not be charged duties for wall tapestries, but you will be charged 6% import duties for cushion covers and other decorative items. These charges will be billed to you by FedEx, who takes care of our shipments outside of Europe.
